I also would definitely avoid this jeweler, and find a more reputable jeweler in the area. I had a bad experience with poor workmanship on a piece of jewelry that needed repair. He really botched it and scratched and gouged the piece. Also, he was arrogant like the previous poster says.

I highly avoid going to this jeweler. Overpriced, gaudy jewelery -- and not to mention nasty workers & owner. They appear to be a high end jeweler but once you step your foot in the door, you can see the flea market ambiance (previously this jeweler was located in the Tri-County Flea Market). I had a very bad experience at this jeweler and would love to complain to the corporate office, however they claim they have an office in NYC (not under the name Romantic Jewelers) which is impossible to reach and not included on their business card; so I will have to go above and beyond to complain for the poor service. There are many other jewelers in the neighborhood to bring your business to -- avoid Romantic Jewelers located in the Plainview Promenade Shops.
