Super Vacuums

Very pleased with both staff and service at Super Vacuums. Within 7 minutes, I had stated my problem, they had researched it online and called me back with info and assurance they had the part I needed. I had started with sears/kenmore parts dept, as told to do in Owner's Manual. After 45 minutes and three different departments at customer service, Sears STILL was unable to locate their own part - a simple sweeper belt. I have a large, standard sweeper that needs repaired and i plan to take it to Super Vacuums.

I took my vacuum in for repair and was told I would be called once they determined the problem. I had a phone call the next day and was told what the problem was and how much to repair it. They told me it would be a week for the repair since parts had to be ordered, which was fine. I had a call 3 days later that it was fixed already!! The parts were shipped quicker than expected. Great customer service!! I highly recommend them.
