Motel 6

Warning! The customer service at this motel is horrible! I drove to PA for a family funeral from our of town 6 hours away and they gave me a room with construction going on outside the window. There was no warning from the front desk that there was going to be construction. I don't even know why they would book a room with work going on without letting the guest know of the situation. When I alerted the front desk about it, a woman named"Victoria"was so rude and disrespectful. I am seven months pregnant with twins and as we all know pregnant woman sleep alot at any time of day. She made it seem like I was in the wrong for being tired at 8am when the work started. She could have offered another room or even an apology that the front desk gave us a room next to a work site.but instead she was not listening and she was not friendly, concerned, our apologetic only attitudinal, which equals horrible customer service. So unless u want bad service from Victoria do not stay at this motel. I am checking out immediately and taking my money somewhere else. I was planning on staying here all weekend until next week but because of her and her disrespectful nature for paying customers I will take my money elsewhere and I suggest you do the same!
