        Overall

        The front desk lady is the most rude and hateful person I've ever met. If you can't talk nicely to customers, then working for the public should not be your job. For the amount of customers who use the Pigeon Forge location, there should be at least 2 front desk workers. I will not be using this post office again.

        Slow and Under staffed!

        The only time I've ever seen more than one person behind the counter is at Christmas, then sometimes two. Dropped off my Netflix in the box outside the lobby and they still haven't been received, yet they're only going to Knoxville, which is 35-40 miles away. The line was backed out the lobby door past the entrance door and it took me over half an hour to mail a CARD. I'll drive to the Sevierville post office from now on. Only stopped here because it's a half a mile from work.

        Disappointed in the service!

        Went to mail a package off today and stood in line for 30 minutes because only 1 person waiting on the customers when another lady name 'Rachael' finally came to help, the man then closed his station still only leaving 1 person to wait on over 16 people in line! Didn't get a sorry for your wait, Have a nice day, NOTHING..will drive to sevierville with my packages from now on.
