Overall

I'm coming away from this experience in total shock of how poorly myself and my family were treated. We went for fun family pictures, excited about how much fun we anticipated having. We took our pictures, purchased a package, and a cd of all of our pictures. Upon returning to our cabin, when we went to review our cd, we saw that we had 3 different families' pictures and none of ours. We decided the next day, on our way home, we'd stop by and ask them to redo our picture cd. When we asked the "owner" to help us resolve our issue, she first told us that she had no idea how to do picture CDs (which was a tad bit confusing due to the fact that they sell them as an option). Then, I asked her if she could pull the picture that they had as a running advertisement of my infant son and possibly just print that. She explained that they can't do that because it's not stored on a card, which was a little perplexing to me as well (how was I able to see my child's picture on a running quezon pictures on their computer screen?). As I proceeded to ask her to explain our options, the "owner" began to become increasingly agitated with me and asked us to leave the store. I was totally confused. Then she proceeds to tell me she was calling 911. I was absolutely stunned and confused that this women was so off put by a customer that had paid over $130 the previous night asking questions very relevant to the debaucal that they created. The police proceeded to come as I and my family stood outside in the damp, misty rain (I have a 4 yr old and a 4 month old and found it extremely rude to demand that my children stand out in the cold like that, but that obviously was not a thought in the "owner's" head), I apologized on behalf of the disgruntled "owner" that they had to be bothered by such a petty and frankly ridiculous cause. They laughed and proceeded to hear both sides of the dispute. After the "owner" sat in her car to smoke as we, the customers, had to figure out a solution, having called another employee to handle our situation, we, the customer, had to settle for getting refunded for just the cd price of $30, with the diligent police officers having to watch over this situation and laugh at this illogical silliness. Please try ANY other place other than here. To be honest, this wasn't our first choice of places, but we visited this establishment only because it appeared to fit the bill for our memories we wanted to create. The costuming was tattered and not well kept, so if you are looking for a place that will give you and your group/family a good, fun experience AND excellent customer service (not just a business looking to take your money as quickly as they can), I HIGHLY suggest, DON'T come here!
