Lily's

My fiance bought my ring from Lily's. A couple weeks later, one of the diamonds fell out. I took it into the store and they said they would not fix it unless I paid $15 for shipping and handling. Despite the fact I did not believe I should have to pay to repair a ring that was just bought, I gave them the money. The customer service representative told me it would take 3 weeks to fix and be returned. I called them when 3 weeks had passed. The lady I spoke to told me it would probably be in the shipment they were going to receive that day and would be sent out the next day. Four more days have gone by since I called and still no ring. I called the store again and spoke with someone else. She told me the store still has not received my ring. When I asked her for the number of the repairing place, she said she could not release it, but would call herself and give me a call right back. I still have not heard anything. All I want to know is if the ring has been repaired and sent or is still being working on. I believe I deserve to know that. Hopefully, the toll free number will give me more help than I have been receiving. I would not recommend Lily's unless you want to deal with a lot of hassle and employees with attitude.
