We've done business with Hot Tubs Etc a few years now but our recent experience was over the top! A day before a guest was checking in at our rental cabin, Hanky Panky, we discovered our outdoor tub wasn't heating! We called Samatha immediately and she dispatched Tony for a service call quickly. Tony repaired our tub heater in record time contributing to and resulting in a 5 star review from our guests! Hot Tubs Etc is an amazing and excellent business that puts expertise, professionalism and promptness above all else to keep the customer happy! Thanks to all the employees and owner! We'll be back to purchase a new hot tub from you some day soon for our main home!

Extremely Knowledgeable Staff, Very Fast, and Reliable. I called and they came out to measure my tub for a new cover and with in a week and a half I had my new cover. They took the old one and the new one is a perfect fit.
