I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their business practice is to knock on the door of elderly people and offer a "deal" on "leftover material" from another job and pressure them to start immediately. They do not provide a complete estimate of the job, only a price per foot, then have the person sign that they agree to the price. My parents (who are 86 and 80) were taken advantage of by these people. Had I not intervened, they would have been left with a bill which they could not have have paid. As it was, I strongly negotiated with the gentleman to get the price down to a more manageable level. Unfortunately they were almost done with the job before I knew about it. The bottom line is that they didn't need the work done in the first place. And now they are left with a driveway that is part asphalt and part concrete. And asphalt that was placed directly over the partially cracked concrete. The gentleman offered a one year warranty but once the price was negotiated down, he said that warranty no longer applied (for the exact same job and material)! They are only out to take advantage of elderly people and make a quick $. There are many reputable paving companies out there, unfortunately this is not one of them. I urge you to take your business elsewhere and warn any elderly family members to say no if they show up suddenly at their door. I cannot vouch for the quality of the job as I dont know if it will hold up or not. I have since been advised that asphalting over concrete is not a good idea. I will be glad to share more details if necessary.
