Gentle Groomer

I was very pleased with the service until my parents' dog got loose from them almost 2 weeks ago while being taken outside to go to the bathroom. My parents' dog was missing for 10 days...10 days outside in the elements...and, in that time, the groomer was never once on the scene with my family during any of the search to drive the streets or walk the woods or hang our fliers around town. Perhaps they were doing some of these things on their own time, but I'm very disappointed with their lack of presence during those 10 grueling days. That is just unacceptable to me!

I used the Gentle Groomer until she posted a picture of my dog online, scolding me for not getting her groomed sooner. Very unprofessional.

What a wonderful experience! Chris and Allison are terrific. My dog looks amazing, best groom ever. When I picked her up I thought they gave me the wrong dog! I highly recommend gentle Groomer, you will not be disappointed.
