        Overall

        Ed the manager is unprofessional and Unethical in his behaviors and dealings with customers. Though located in a culturally diverse area. Ed used ratially charged language/verbiage direct towards me the customer and the Emlloyees also confirmed his unacceptable behavior stating they too are victims of his ignorant bantering. Party City as a whole has chosen unethical candidates as their representation and the face of their brand. If you would like to avoid this kind of treatment avoid this location and ALL PARTY CITY businesses and affiliated. Report to B.B.B
