York Street Cleaners

I've been doing business with this place since they opened several years ago and am very satisfied with their service. They are prompt and their price is very reasonable. (I sometimes run into my neighbors there who've been long-time, loyal customers like me.) They even returned cash and everything else that I had left in my pockets. I greatly appreciate their integrity and honesty. They give you realistic expectations about stains (there's no guarantee they can remove some tough stains), but those stains that can be removed, they voluntarily offer to redo free of charge for you.

Not happy at all my daughter school pants was suppose to be done on Wednesday August 24, 2016. Go to pick them up to find out there not done like told they would be but shipped them to 20th n Spring Garden without my permission when I should have got. Phone call saying there not going to be done on Wednesday n that they had to ship them somewhere else no call nothing. Top it off she needs them.for Thursday morning so I had to find a way to get them from 20th n spring Garden at the last minute. I ass Anna to give me the owners name and when will she be I'm cause I would lime to speak to her not happy about the service and she refused to tell me the owners name and when she was due in the shop. No kind of discount or nothing. Not really happy with the service and will never ever go there again n I do not recommend this cleaners at all
