I first made an appointment at Dr. Lowey and Associates in November 2009. I was going through a very difficult time in my life and needed to talk through some of the challenges that I was facing and discuss what direction I wanted to go in my life. Since that time, I have faced numerous challenges head-on and I now feel that my life has increased meaning and purpose! My therapist always knows when to lend an ear for just listening to what I have to say and when to provide me with feedback (or just give me something to "think about" before our next session), based on our discussions and what is happening in my life. While I do get emotional during some sessions, I always feel better after meeting with my therapist. In addition, the staff has been very friendly, patient and understanding! I have even recommended Dr. Robin Lowey and Associates to my friends and family...
