BEWARE!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I wish i can give them 0 stars! Very bad , rude and unprofessional! Made me leave a deposit for part . Waited for 3 weeks never got a call from them. Turns out they never ordered a part and tried to blame it on me! Asked for a refund of my deposit , they refused to give it back. Told me to leave or order a new part!!! I left this place with no refund and no part!!! The WORST PLACE! Check their other reviews! All 5 star ones are from family members and friends. The real ones all 1 star!!! Take your hard earned money elsewhere!

Great store for vacuum repairs at reasonable prices. They did such a good job on our old Hoover that we decided to buy a second machine from them that was light weight called a Simplicity. Absolutely love it ! Sales people were wonderful to work with. They give you a birthday tune up after a year on the new machine and it came with lots of goodies. I highly recommend this store.
