Agreed. This fellow should be avoided. I was reviewing my friend's taxes and find he pulled a date out of the air for the basis of a stock sale in 2012 instead of finding out the true basis which I found meant my friend paid taxes on $40,000 that he didn't owe. Will have to file an amended return and redo his 2012 taxes, but definitely without this fellow's help.

This guy hasn't a clue what's going on. He screwed up my wife's aunt's estate so badly that the IRS is after each beneficiary as he did not file the appropriate form in the correct time then refused to file an amended estate return. The IRS basically made it clear that an amended return was needed to straighten it out and this joker scribbles out figures than hand writes them in along with a nonsensical letter! Really? Professional? Hardly! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
