Moving from Colorado Springs, Colorado, where the water is amazing, to Arizona, we needing a place where we trusted to give us the best water possible for our family. From drinking, to cleaning, to showering, even to washing our vehicles, Valley Environmental Resources, won us over.

My 9 year old has eczema, and in the month that we have had our water purified and softened, we have noticed a dramatic difference in his skin. All of our dryness and itchiness from the Phoenix water, is now almost gone. We are using 3/4 less in detergents for laundry, our dishes are cleaner and spot free, and all of the water faucets/shower heads/sinks, do not have the hard water calcium build up like before, which makes cleaning a breeze!

From the initial representative who gave us the facts, showed us how contaminated our current water was, to the installation, to the follow-up, we have been nothing but impressed. Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, and honest. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

We love the soft water and taste of the water. Also the prompt and professional install and follow up. We are not totally convinced of the green soaps for dishes and clothes. We feel they do not cut grease very well

We have had our system for many months now and we are very pleased with them. I especially like the RO for drinking water and drink more water because it's so convenient to have fresh drinking water. Our laundry and showering uses so much less soap which means a lower grocery bill every month. I am glad we went with this company. Our salesman Parker was quite a character and made learning about the units a hoot!

Moving to Arizona from the Midwest, I was surprised by the difference in water quality. Most of the people I talked to about it just accepted the hard water and what it did to their sinks, showers, tubs, toilets, appliances, dishes, clothes, and bodies. When my wife and I moved to San Tan Valley, we tried to use the pitcher filters, but even after the water went through the filter there was sometimes a strong chlorine smell from the drinking water. We then bought bottled water, but that was a reoccurring expense. There were times where our dishes would not get clean in the dishwasher, and there were always hard water stains. There were times when my wife would have dizzy spells in the shower because she would inhale the vaporized chemicals in the steam.
After we had our Aqua Guard Water Treatment system installed by Valley Environmental, many of those problems were solved. We have cleaner dishes and clothes, and I feel better about the life of our appliances. Our water does not leave hard water stains on dishes, sinks, showers, tubs, or toilets. Cleaning is easier and more efficient. Our skin feels cleaner and there are no issues with harmful fumes in the shower. And the drinking water is crisp and clean.
All of the people at Valley Environmental were awesome. Parker was able to demonstrate how their water system was able to work to our advantage. The instillation team was quick and neat. And we were able to use the system for a couple of weeks before we had a follow-up appointment. All of the people at Valley Environmental wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase.

On February 9th, 2017 we had VER representative David come to our home to present to us the Aqua Guard water filtration system. The very next day, we had the equipment installed first thing in the morning. The installation was quick and the workers were nice.

I left to run some errands later that morning and when I returned home I discovered my kitchen floor and living room floor covered with water which then also managed to seep from under the wall into the adjoining bedroom that was behind the fridge. I called the owner and they managed to send someone out to fix the problem withing the hour. The next afternoon, the same thing happened. I called the owner again and he had someone there an hour and a half later.

The owner guaranteed me that he would replace the baseboards if they developed any mold or water damage.

The filtration system is wonderful and I have definitely noticed the difference. I have noticed I clean the mirror less than before. I can easily wipe the occasional water spot with a cloth rather than having to pull out the Windex. The dishes are cleaner than before and my glass has never looked so shiny. I am pulling out less lint from the dryer and the clothes look and feel better. Our skin and hair feels softer and rinses quicker in the shower than before we had the water softener.

I am an avid cleaner and since installing the system I find myself using less cleaning products. I cleaned the grout in between my tiles using nothing but warm water and a toothbrush! The water also certainly tastes better too! I find myself, husband and pets drinking more of it than before. Both my husband and I are very happy that we made this purchase.

This company is excellent. I purchased a softening & RO system for my home last year and I've been completely happy. I never have to do any maintenance to the system other than add 1 bag of salt every 4-6 months, depending upon how much water I use. No more hard water damage to my pipes, fixtures, appliances or clothing. And their service people are outstanding!
I highly recommend this company.

Our overall experience has been great, from the presentation, installation, and actually utilizing the RO system -- No complaints! Saxen was awesome and the presentation was enjoyable and educational. I love how I can clean my glass top stove with just water, and how clean my faucets and showers are without rings and calcium build-ups.

The salesman was both polite and knowledgeable. We have had our system for about a month now and are really enjoying the soft water. No more toilet rinks or hard to clean shower doors. The products are also amazing. So glad we invested in this system.

we have had our soft water and reverse osmosis water for a couple of months now. the water is great- hard to believe what a difference it makes. The system is working just like the sales demonstration showed- no smoke and mirrors... just science-lol.
I did have an issue with the drain line from the system and they fixed it the very next night.

It's so nice to be drinking clean and clear drinking water. And our clothes and bedding are much softer and cleaner. The Valley team was professional with their testing of the water and installation of the system. David was very helpful with answering our questions. The whole process was an educational experience.

Installation was only a couple of days after ordering. Installation crew was skilled and fast. They did a great job and cleaned up the place very well. The system has worked well and we've noticed cleaner clothes, better dishwasher results and better feeling skin. We're very satisfied.

My over all experience was wonderful. From the installation, which I might add my yard looked better after they were done than before they started, to calls with Brian and Saxon to finish paper work and last visit to test product. I love that I can get a glass of water right out of my sink and drink it! My animals love it also. No more hard water stains on my sink, the way your skin feels after showering and the savings alone for cleaning supplies. Highly recommend.

Great customer service. Friendly workers and hard working installers. Product really has helped with my daughter's sensitive skin. Has helped my hair. With having curly hair it's difficult for me to have managable and maintainable hair.

I've had my water softener a few months now. I enjoy the fact I do not use as much soap/shampoo as I did with the hard water. I especially love my RO water, as I used to lug my seven, 3 gallon containers to the water store every couple of weeks.

Bob & Dief were great, as were the guys that did my install.

I purchased my system back in 2009 and it was one of the best decisions i ever made. I always wanted a system, i just never really knew where to get one.



I used to have to put lotion on every night and after the system was installed, i didn't really have to use lotion as often, if ever.



The system has been paid off for years. They dont have any prepayment penalties if you want to pay it off early, and i still have soaps left over on their 5 year supply they gave us (we are a family of 4). This system will continue to pay itself back and was a great investment for my family.



If you are still on the fence about whether or not this company is the right one for you i simply suggest asking if you can contact their customers in your area. Talking directly to the actual customers is the best way to get a feel for the company.



Service has been great and i will never hesitate to recommend this company to those looking for a high quality water treatment company :-)

We bought our water system about 8 months ago. When the sales rep “Deif” arrived at our house, he showed us how our water could be improved, how it would make cleaning the shower easier and the bonus was the 5 years of cleaning supplies. We were impressed and bought the RO system. He scheduled a team to come install the system, arranged financing and promised to come back in one month to see how the system was working and if we had any problems or concerns. Deif stated since our home is only 6 years old, the build up from the untreated water should be gone in no time.

Once we signed on the dotted line and the installation complete, we never heard another word from them. Except for a form letter we were sent requesting we copy it and post it as our glowing review. That’s not going to happen.

One month after our system was installed, we had a leak. We called Valley Environmental Resources, they laugh and told us to call a plumber. Evidently, once the system is installed all problems with that system are the owner’s problems. We demand they send out a service tech, the service tech arrived, spent 3 minutes accessing the leak and told us to call a plumber. My husband ended up fixing the leak himself.

Next are the 5 years of cleaning supplies: laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo, all purpose cleaner, etc. These products combined with the RO system are supposed to make laundry cleaner, glass shower easier to clean, skin softer, hair shinier, etc. Plus the money we were suppose to save is literally going down the drain with the excess water the RO system uses to regenerate and the bags of salt you must purchase to make the system work. What totally bogus claims.

We have to use twice the amount of laundry detergent to clean the clothes, double the dishwasher soap, the all purpose cleaner was three times the amount and still have to use a scrub brush to clean the shower. We called Valley Environmental Resources to find out the reason we needed to use double the amount. The sales rep stated that if the cleaning supplies are left in a hot garage or storage, it could cause them to not work as advertised. We storage them in the hall closet and our home is thermostat controlled at 80 degrees. We thought the cleaning supplies might have lost their effectiveness while storied in their warehouse. We asked if we could have replacement cleaning supplies to see if that made all the difference. No can do.

In conclusion, if you want to work with a company, that provides a great presentation with absolutely no customer service to back up the claims and promises of the sales reps, then this is your company. If you expect great customer service for the huge amount of money you are spending on a RO system, keep looking. This company is all talk, no action.
