This “double safety” insures that only individuals worthy of your trust are permitted in your home. WE PROVIDE ALL SUPPLIES Never worry if you have enough cleaning supplies on hand. Maid in the USA supplies everything necessary to clean and maintain your home. If you have any particular cleaners or polishes you prefer to be used, simply make us aware of where they are stored in your home and we will use them instead. In addition, we also exclusively use Oreck commercial vacuum cleaners with hypoallergenic bags. EMPLOYEES, NOT CONTRACTORS The trend with many home cleaning services today is to utilize an Independent Contractor (IC). The reason for the rapid growth of this questionable form of business is that it is expensive to operate a business the right way. Most consumers do not know the ramifications of hiring a “contractor”. Contractors are NOT covered under any insurance policies carried by the contracting company (ex: liability, worker’s comp, disability, surety bond). Each IC is required by law to carry these; however, virtually none do. This also means that if they get hurt on your property, you are liable for their treatment and recovery. They must also have their own business license separate from that of the contracting company
