Enclave at Arrowhead

I moved here when this place was Alexan Paradise Lane and loved it. I lived here for two years and during that time it was bought by Sherman Residential and became Enclave at Paradise Lane. Sherman Residential and the office staff have made my life miserable. They have tried to charge me for things on my move-in list (luckily I still had a copy), they charged me for normal wear and tear such as touch up paint, which resulted in them taking my entire refundable deposit for a clean apartment. (BTW, they won't count your nonrefundable towards cleaning).



Then after they told me I didn't owe any money they sent my account to collections. They said they "mailed" me a letter that I never got and didn't bother to call me. When my mom tried to sort things out they lied to her and said they had talk to us about it and had records of everything among other things. Of course when we met in person and told them we had phone records to prove otherwise the story changed. I lost almost $300 moving out of a clean apartment. BEWARE!! They will lie and do anything they can to get your money. I will never rent from Sherman Residential again. Please don't let this happen to you.
