Stay the Spa

I'm new in town and was looking forward to having a neighborhood spa. After a week of convincing my mom to try a new spa (Stay the Clinical Spa), we were highly disappointed with the final result of our pedicure. While in the chair I explained to the technician that my feet needed a stronger grit like what the other technician was using this one felt like a buffer. Jess my tech explained what she was using is just as good and her file "as good as it gets." I called the next day the complain about the service. I was told on my next (pre schedule) visit a better grit used would be used. However being that I told the tech twice while in the chair I have very little confidence in their services. Therefore I canceled our future appointments. I was expected them to offer to correct the issue. I have had my feet pampered up and down the east coast and this by far the worst. The setting was okay, aroma wonderful, but the service is not worth the time or money.
