I love shopping at ultra but this was the worst store ever stood in line for over 15 min and there was only one person ahead of me manager had attitude no help offered at all not enough stock will never go back there company better look into who they hire there

Walked in no greeted my mother and I. All staff was talking. This girl looked at us numerous times, no greeting or asked if we needed assistance so we stood around for a good 30 minutes and left. The girl helped and greeted another woman, but not us? They lost 100$+ dollars from us. As a long time Ulta shopper this store is a huge disappointment to any other Ulta I have been to

Worst ULTA location I've ever been to. Sadly, this is the closest location to me. The staff is undeniably rude and unhelpful. They rarely greet me when I walk through the door and they always look annoyed. I once asked a question to an employee and she responded with a flat "no" and didn't even LOOK at me. Another time I was returning something and the employee asked "what are you returning?" I misunderstood her and said "oh, I just didn't like it" and she interrupted and said "NO, not WHY are you returning it, WHAT are you returning?" with the worst attitude! I get dirty looks from the employees all the time as well. I once dropped an eyeliner by accident and another employee gave me a dirty look and said "are you SURE you don't need help with anything?" with such a sour attitude. Aside from that, everything is always sold out, the testers on high end products look and feel like they haven't been used/cleaned in years, products always look old and are damaged, there's ALWAYS carts of things to restock sitting in the middle of aisles, the list can go on and on. And, can someone please tell me why there's 5 registers yet there's always only one person working the register? Lines always take forever, and sometimes there isn't anyone there at all! The other day I waited a good 5 minutes in line until I had to go get someone to ring me up. This store is just a complete train-wreck and I will not be returning to Ulta unless the staff become properly trained and learn proper manners, because I've been here a million times and all experiences have been horrible. You lost a loyal customer.

Was waiting in line to pay and the lady at the register was extremely rude. She kept helping other people and told me to wait. then a girl came in looking for a certain nail polish, once she found it she rang the girl up in front of me and didn't even say anything. needless to say i asked the cashier for her name and left my items on the counter. She said my name is cathy and i am a manager here... REALLY?? I always have problems here, no one to help and when they do they are rude. Sephora is so much better!!
