Four Seasons Pet Resort is the best place to leave your pet for the day or night. I stopped in there unannounced and I was so impressed by how clean it was! The dogs seemed very happy and content. I looked out the window and I could see one of the staff members playing with the smaller dogs in the outdoor yard. She looked liked she loved her job and that was enough for me! I made a reservation and left my dog there for 6 nights. Any dog that stays there 5 nights or more gets a complimentary bath. I loved picking up my freshly bathed dog! I wanted to publish this review to let people know that you can't go wrong with taking your pet there. I completely trust them and that is not easy for me when it comes to my best friend!

I have to tell you how great FSPR is!! My dog is older and requires medication and special attention. I had to go on a last minute business trip and I was so worried about leaving him. The staff at the resort made me feel at ease. I took a tour and the suites they have are wonderful. He had a cozy, soft cot along with raised bowls and a TV! The staff seemed very caring. When I picked him up he looked great. I would leave not hesitate to leave him there again! Thank you FSPR for loving my dog while I was away!!!

my dog loves her vacation away from home

I have a 3 1/2 year old Jack Russell. She has been boarded at this pet hotel for the past 3 years. This allows her to play w/ other dogs just her size because she stays in the little wings part of the hotel. When we pull up to the hotel she gets very excited. Jack Russell's are known to have lots of anxiety. but she truely feels at home there. They have wonderful gormet dinners for the pets along w/ spa treatment. My dog is like my third kid and I feel most comfortable while traveling knowing she is getting very good care. The hotel is very clean. I have toured other kennels for less money but, nothing compares to this hotel. I would highly encourge any pet owner to board their animal at this resort. They even call you after your stay to see how your pet is doing .

This place IS safe for your pet since it is located next to a vet clinic and is owned by 2 vet professionals. The staff is always friendly and treats my dog as their own. while talking to a few of the staff members i learned a couple of them have gone to school for animal care so i know my dog is in good hands. My dog is shy and does not like people she doesn't know or other dogs but they made sure she had plenty of individual attention so she wasn't scared or nervous. Withen a day of leaving her i recieved adorable photos of her in my email of her stay, i felt at ease knowing she was enjoying herself and being spoiled! She also does not eat when she is away from home so i requested she receive a chicken dinner that the staff made for her since she loves "people food". My dog is very spoiled and loved and i know she was just as spoiled if not more being boarded their, I know now she has a second home and family she can go to when i need to board her!

In response to the review posted below, I would like to highly recommend this boarding facility. When boarding your beloved pet, it is important to realize that not ALL pets adjust to their new surroundings easily. When I boarded my dog for the first time, he became very stressed. He was not accustom to staying anywhere but our home. Since my family and I enjoy travelling, we realized that it would take Sam more than one visit to adjust. Our vet provided us with a light sedative to help Sam sleep at night. This eliminated his anxiety completely. Now when we bring Sam to FSPR, he really enoys his stay. The staff does everything they can to accomodate your pet. I would prefer the staff take the necessary steps to calm an anxious dog. Not only to protect the staff, but the other pets that are trying to enjoy their stay. I also recommend touring ANY facility prior to boarding your pet there. The FSPR is by far the most cleanest Boarding Facility I have ever left my dog SAM!

Awful

Don't bring your pet to this place. I brought my dog in for a 5 day stay had to get someone to pick him up early because of an injury. Now I understand these things happen but isn't their job to make sure the room is safe for a dog. This room had latice in it which my dog scratched at and cut up his paw pretty good. Their answer to an anxious dog is to drug him and stick him in a travel kennel. Sorry, not my dog. Board at this facility at your own risk, I do not recommend this place at all.

First off, there is NO 24 hour care member. There is a person 24 hours at the vet office in front but not in the building with your animal. As far as I'm concerned the facility isn't safe for your animal since my dog injured his paws on the latice that was in the room he was in. There solution to his anxiety was to sedate him and put him in a travel kennel. Not only would I not recommend this place I would strongly suggest that you never bring your animal there. The staff is too young in my opinion to have the experience neccesary to properly care for a variety of animals. Also, they are a bit condescending for my taste.
