my computer has a virus and i told them to format the hard drive and 1st install my software "window xp home" which i brought it to them, within a week they call me and they said my computer was ready and done. at home when i turn it on i watch it carefully guess what happen? it was "window xp" installed, i asked myself what happen to my software "window xp home, and 2nd now i try to install my software Microsoft word but something was not right my CD DVD RW drive is not working , my question is how do they install the window xp on my computer and they charge me $135.00 dollars for that, i try to contact them but they response they don't return my call....
