I bought a sofa. They said that they have to order it and would be delivered after 2 to 3 weeks. 4 Weeks later I called and said that they were sorry but the manufacturer stopped and there was no back order. I ordered another style and I had to fight to have 10% discount only. When they delivered the new one it was defective. They had to exchange. The first one was manufactured in America but this one was from China. QC never made a good work. They charged me 996 dollars by mistake and it takes 5 to 6 days to be refunded as they said. It's a nightmare. When I called 6 times nobody could understand, only one man could understand and he helped me. His name is Javier Avalos. Great guy.

I love this place! Employees always know there stuff! I love the look and set up of the whole store! Employees make it fast and fun! One thing that stands out is the great interaction between the managers and team members. You don’t always see that in retail.

Bought couch and loveseat (best brand electric recliner) when delievered the recliner do couch didn't work replaced unit now less than a year the loveseat stoped working. Then thy are charging $99.00 to repair if they can. Then their repair gruop set date and canceled because I didn't call.E-mail didn't say that. All in all what a poor way to run a major company and very poor customer service -- like they care less about repeat respect. "Too bad so sad"

Do not buy from living spaces bought a couch back in November and it is falling apart bought the extended warranty but it's worth nothing have to jump through so many hoops for them to come out I set up for appointments nobody's call me back nobody's come to my house you talk to set customer service to set up something they don't write it in the computer you call back to follow up and you have to jump through hoops again asked for Management but there never around there either in meetings or busy or away at lunch you asked for them to call you back and nobody does very very poor customer service and very very poor quality furniture if you're looking to buy furniture do not buy from living spaces you will be throwing your money away

Shopped here for Dining table . They have good selection at very reasonable price. They also gave me discount on delivery charges.
