Getting a towing company to service you in the middle of traffic.Last Friday my vehicle got stuck on park and couldn't go to neutral. So i called different tow companies and the first 2 didn't even bother to come because of the traffic on the 405 heading north and it was around 430 pm. The only company that really answered the phone and gave me a quote was Steve's Van nuys towing. I thought that the price was a bit high but at the end it was worth every cent. They came by and explained me exactly what they are doing and what needs to be done. They charged me like 250$ but its ok the level of service they provided was worth each dollar i have paid them.
