Happy with original visit and purchase, NOT happy that at the last minute they cancelled part of my delivery, and were rude on the phone.

Excellent customer service. Sales person Jason Rodriquez was very helpful in finding us exactly what we wanted!

Never ever going back to Ashley's furniture in Palm Desert CA. Sales people there are really nice but the warehouse has lost half my order twice. I'm so upset, first time it was suppose to be delivered Nov 9th. Only bed frame and head board came, no mattress. I called them asking where it was they said sorry the warehouse dosent have it in stock it'll be delivered on the 17th. Eight days later on the 17th. I'm here waiting like a dumb ass and no mattress. Delivery said they would be here between 10am to 2pm. I called at 3 asking where it was at this time. And again they said they don't have it in Stock it'll get delivered a week later on the 24th which its thanks giving day I really doubt it will be here that day. I'm so passed off at this point. Wrost service ever. If it don't get delivered on the day they say this time, I'm returning their items. And going back to mors furniture never had a problem like this with them before.
