Dr. Teresa and her staff go above and beyond! Amazing facility and my animals are always in the best of care. They have literally brought my pets back from the brink of death against most odds. Exceptional and caring Doctor and staff!!!

Love this place! This is not your normal run of the mill veterinary hospital. The staff goes over and beyond to make you feel comfortable. We recently moved here from New Jersey and have never experienced such great care and COMPASSION from any other veterinarian. Dr. Teresa spent a great amount of time with us and made us feel "at home". Exam costs and treatments were quite reasonable as well. We definitely recommend this place.

I have been to several vets in the local area and I decided to get a second opinion by Dr. Teresa based on several recommendations from other people. I am so glad I went to her. She spent almost an hour with me going over my previous records and explained in detail every step that needed to be taken in order to get my dog, Cookie, feeling better. Dr. Teresa also personally called me to follow up with Cookie on her days off, which really meant alot. She is doing great and I owe it all to Dr. Teresa. They also offer grooming services which I was just as satisfied with. I highly recommend her to everyone in the Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens area.

Bottom line-If you want the best care for your pet this is the place to go! Dr. Teresa is the most caring and compassionate Vet around. There are many good and bad Veterinarians around but not many Great ones! She is one of the great ones! I have read the bad reviews on here and have to say that they are untrue. Everyone has a bad day once in a while and may not always get what they would call good service, but badmouthing a good, honest professional is just wrong.

Great veterinarian, superior service, very friendly staff. I have been going to Dr. Teresa for over 7 years and I could not recommend a better veterinarian. Her compassion for animals is amazing. Before I found her, my 2 year old Labrador Retriever was paralyzed in her rear limbs and my previous vet told me to put her to sleep. A friend gave me Dr. Teresa's information and she quickly diagnosed a compression on her spine and referred me to a specialist who performed surgery and saved my dogs life. She gave me her cell number and called me everyday until my dog was fully recovered. I will always be grateful for everything Dr. Teresa and her staff did for Raney!

Terrible care, no service, and high bills. Save your money and try somewhere else.

Prior to making an appointment and meeting Dr. Teresa, I was about to give up on vets in this area. But a friend recommended Dr. Teresa to me. I have to say, I am glad she did. When I walked in to the facility, I would have never had guess it was a vet office aside from the food and pictures in the lobby. This facility was very clean and no smell of animals. The front desk help was efficient and pleasant. They got me into a room in a timely fashion. Dr. Teresa came in and introduced herself. She and her assistant were very welcoming. My dog was having issues with his back leg. After doing an exam on him, she recommended that we do an xray just to see what was going on. The xray showed the start of arthritis. Dr. Teresa prescribed anti-inflammatory and glucosamine supplements. My dog has now been on this treatment for 2 weeks and I have seen a great improvement! I would definitely recommend this vet office to a friend!

With my scheduled appointment ( no one else in the waiting room) still took a 40 minute wait to see the Doctor. My visit cost was $180, with no relief for the animal. No warm fuzzies from the Doctor. Will not be going back.

Save your money! In all fairness I must say the regular vet was on maternity leave. I had the covering vet. We spent over $400 and NOTHING she prescribed worked and then wonders why we did not come back for a follow up visit. Front desk staff is very nice but that does not help the animal feel better.

I was recently at this animal hospital for vaccines and grooming for my Maltie-Poo, and I can't say enough about this office. My friend reffered me to Dr. Rotenberry when I told her I was looking for a new veterinarian. I was not expecting the kind of service I received. The doctor and her staff went above and beyond to provide the best care for my pup. I am glad to say that I have found a vet for life. Dr. Rotenberry really takes pride in what she does and truly cares for her patients. Don't forget the friendly and helpful staff! They are awesome!
