The combination of Regina's enthusiasm, technical knowledge and humor makes every visit fun and rewarding. My first visit to Palatine Hearing was in 1999 because I thought I had a hearing loss. Regina tested me and said all I needed was to improve my listening skills so she gave me a pamphlet on focusing while listening. Ten years later I visited her again. After a new hearing test she compared my hearing test result and sure enough I had a significantly more hearing loss. During the free hearing aid demo month I decided I wanted hands free phone via Bluetooth to my hearing aids. The Odicon hearing aids and the Bluetooth Streamer work not only for my iPhone but I can listen to music and audio books without anyone knowing. When I get a phone call the Bluetooth device interrupts the music or book and connects me with the caller.
