Tire Country

I've been coming to Tire Country since last year. It was recommended by a few people. I've never had one problem with the place....until yesterday. I bought a brand new tire from here, and within a month I was having issues with the same exact tire. I woke up one morning and there was a big bubble on the front side of the tire. Never once had I seen anyone who had a knot come up on the front part of the tire. I got the tire checked by a tire specialist in my hometown as to any reasons why my tire would mess up the way it did. I was told it could be several reasons. One, the tire could've been defective. Two, the person had too much tension on the tire when putting the tire back on the rim and broke the belt from the inside. Three, there was a possibility I hit something but from there being no damage(scratch,scrap,bend) he couldn't see that being an option. Well to make a long story short, I took the tire back to them and was told they could give me a discount for the labor but I would have to purchase another tire b/c my tire had in impact bubble that is caused when you hit something. Mind you, I said there was no damage to the rim but because he's worked SOOOO many years in this business, he knew better than me. Very dissatisfied and if I'm EVER asked about a tire place, this surely will not be the place. You lost one loyal customer!!!

This is my third visit to Tire country of Pageland. I felt that they needed a review due to the great customer service. Consistently in the past three times to purchase tires all the staff is friendly and helpful. The office staff was excellent in finding the best tires at the best value. The service was quick. Every year I still research to get the best deal. Tire Country has won my business three years in row. Highly recommended.
