Cameron's Seafood Market

Writing this review about the poor customer service that I received yesterday from Cameron's Seafood in Oxon Hill, Md location. Went to Cameron's yesterday, and purchased food. My order was almost $90.00 because I was treating my family to seafood. I ordered the #17 Fried Ultimate Seafood Platter for $17.99. Wanted the fish substituted because I don't like their whiting. Every time I've had it, in the past, it is always dry and the pieces are tiny. That's not my frustration, my frustration is trying to talk with the mgr. at this location. Called twice, even stopped by. The women in the store said he wasn't there. She said he should be back at 9:30pm. So when I got home, I called to again, speak w/the manager. Again, told he wasn't there. The woman on the phone told me she wasn't sure when he would be back. So I go on to explain my call. Not knowing anyone's name in this store, because they don't were name tags, and there names aren't on the receipt. I was passed over to the woman who took my order yesterday. Recognized here voice, I asked her name, Vivian she said, very argumentative with me on the phone. Telling me that my order was right, that I got Tilapia rather than the whiting that I thought I got. Why was this woman on the phone just arguing with me, the Paying Customer. Didn't appreciate her tone or that fact that she's frustrated and arguing with me about my order. Won't be visiting this particular Cameron's any more. When I got home and tasted the fish, it tasted like whiting so I called back to tell them. Vivian answered the phone and told me that my fish was tilapia. I know the difference between the whiting taste and the tilapia. I like the food at Cameron's and, they are very expensive too, and they always give you too much of the things you don't want and not enough of the things you do want. For $17.99 you get 3 of each, shrimp, scallops a crab cake and a lot of vegetables, or rice. Which I never eat, it's too much and not that good. There choice in sides, aren't good either. So I wanted to give my review since I will probably won't here from their manager, Philip, even though I told them to let him know I called and wanted him to know what occurred. Dealing w/some folks is a headache and this Vivian person was rude as Hell! S.Ash, 1-2-16
