Medical Weight Loss

Electrocardiogram
In this test, the EKG is continuously monitored while exercise is performed. This test is primarily used to check for blockages in the arteries of the heart, but also very useful for several other classes of heart conditions.

Internal Medicine
Dr. Khatore went to medical school at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi India. He has done his Internal Medicine training at the University of Illinois in Chicago, and further pursed training in Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Illinois in Chicago as well. He has been board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Medicine. He is also additionally trained and board certified in Nuclear Cardiology. His other areas of professional interest include evaluation and treatment of venous diseases and sleep medicine, especially as it related to cardiovascular system. He practices general cardiology, both outpatient and hospital based.

Ultrasound
This is an ultrasound exam of the heart and provides a very clear look at the structure and function of the heart, the dimension of its various chambers, the valves and various other parameters. It is extremely useful and commonly utilized diagnostic test. It is completely non-invasive (no needles) and involves no radiation.
Radiology
The office is conveniently located between Rice Avenue and Rose Avenue, off of Gonzalez, with an easy access to the 101, and a few blocks from the hospital. We are located in the Palms Medical Plaza building (behind CBC Federal Credit Union building). There are laboratory and radiology services available in or around the building itself. We have a comfortable and large waiting room, with friendly and helpful staff members.
