        We have taken all our animals to Pampered Paws for years. Our dog Molly had a massive seizure tonight and is in very bad shape. We called Pampered Paws in desperate need of help and they said to take her to Horn Lake - they couldn't help us. They are happy to take the thousands of dollars we spend with them every year during business hours, but when we REALLY, REALLY needed them, they couldn't be bothered. We are done with Pampered Paws (which is overpriced anyway). WE WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER ONE OF OUR ANIMALS TO THEM AGAIN.
