I heard of twin village tire thru a family friend that said Ray was the owner and operator of the business and a down to earth man. I am a single mother with 2 kids and can't afford much when my car needed repairs I called Ray. He did his every best to fix my car, letting me know Whay was going on every step of the way. His prices are not even comparable to othe places they were so much better. The best part was that there were no surprises like with other places. Help support local businesses and use twin village.

Twin village tire is owned and operated by Ray Surratt, a very trustworthy mechanic that wants to give you the best deal for the best quality services. When I was there for an auto repair, he worked with me to find out what I thought was going on with my vehicle. From there he took the car for a spin, and diagnosed the problem. He gave me a general idea of the problem, and about how much it would cost to repair. I left the car with him and the next day he let me know the car was done and told me how much it cost, and what he had to do to fix it. The best part of my experience with Ray at Twin Village was the comfortable atmosphere and the amount of information i was given, I was never left in the dark. Overall, I would definatly go back to Twin Village for any other auto repairs or advice.
