Mattress Firm

We came in to this store after visiting the other two stores in the same shopping center. Please note that one of the others stores was another mattress firm but the customer service was way better here. Ricardo the sales associate was a gem. We were shopping for a mattress for our daughter and he took special care to that. He asked her to pick a pillow and explained the color coded system they use to her. He also asked her in what position she usually sleeps on and gave us his expertise about which bed he thought would be best for her. He still allow her to lay down in any bed she wanted to. He went to the back and showed us least expensive beds and asked her to lay down on them. Even though we decided to purchase one that was more expensive we appreciate him taking the time to go over those with us. At the other stores they did not even wanted to go over to where the cheaper mattresses were.



We took the mattress right then and there. He helped us put it on top of our car tying it up very securely. I would recommend you to go there and ask for Ricardo. Top notch customer service!!!
