        Overall

        The location is decent, especially for UCF students but the staff is awful. They treat their residents with zero respect. Not to mention they have serious mold problems. I was sick the entire time living there and kept being told I just had bad allergies. Come to find out, I have mold damage on my lungs. Rent isn't as cheap as they make it sound. Take my advice and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
