Mathnasium

I'm not sure what happened in the Dr Phillips location. But the overall class & professional air of this location has simply gone down. There used to be older professionals tutoring, now it looks like high school teenagers trying to teach other kids. I have seen first hand the manager at this location say & do anything to appease parents (because we are paying over $300 per month!) and once the parent kisses their child, waves goodbye & walks out the door the place turns into a nursery! I've heard the manager promise anything to requesting parents and literally once that parent walks out, she hops up, heads to her office & shuts the door. After being here for 7 months, I'm beginning to think the manager is simply overwhelmed. As a parent, it's very frustrating.
