Cecil's Texas Style Bar-B-Q

I've been going here for a while since it's close to my house. And the food is good however I recently started calling in my order and several times actually everytime I call in the order they never have it ready after having ample time. I tried more than once guessing it was just a bad day but no, they simply rush to the back with your ticket when you walk in and ask where is your order. That's fcking horrible! What's the point of having the option if it doesn't work?! Then the owner says "sorry" EVERYTIME! Gtf outta here...so needless to say my family is done eating there because that's really sad and they didn't even care.
