Perfect place to work out, especially in the am. I do not know who was managing prior to who is managing now; however the early AM staff are awesome guys that are courteous, helpful and greet you each and everyday. So, for what you pay, dont expect the Ritz - Carlton's gym....

My husband and I just canceled our memberships ($10 each/mo)...rude staff, dirty restrooms and crappy atmosphere. Always argumentative and cocky attitudes (especially the female manager and the girl who closes). I'm not fit and I am trying to begin a solid workout schedule and seeing a smiling face and feeling welcome would have gone a long way. Basic customer care and human decency escapes these people. And, don't bother complaining to them or on their website because they pat you on the head and say "we are looking into it" or "we will take care of it"...and nothing changes.

So sad...I had such high hopes. Oh well, maybe Florida Fitness World or the YMCA will be better...because NO WHERE could be worse!

they sign you up, take your money, and then kick you out and refuse to refund you. Poorly ran from bottom to top. Personal training doesnt exsist there so if you were paying one of there staff members $25 bucks a session you were robbed!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME JOINING THIS GYM. STAFF IS RUDE, PARTICULARLY THE PERSONAL TRAINER. MANY MEMBERS HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT HIM BUT HE IS STILL THERE. YELLS ACROSS THE GYM AT YOU IF HE THINKS YOU ARE DOING THE EXERCISE WRONG. ALWAYS BTICHING AT YOU FOR STUFF YOU DON'T EVEN DO. HORRIBLE PLACE. MARIE
