This wholesale company is the worst. Bad selection. Bad customer service. Flowers are dead within days.

I have used or currently use most of the local wholesalers in Oklahoma City. What I love about Victory is the personal service I receive. Cara works very hard to find me specific types and colors of flowers. It's nice that the person you speak with is the person who is actually finding your flowers. I work with some unusual things, and there's never been a problem getting them. Cara is always cheerful and upbeat, and strives to make her customers happy. I have also never had a quality issue with anything I've purchased from Victory.

My friend and I have recently started a flower business. Cara helped us so much, and gave us great advice. She is so professional! She is about her business and stands behind her product. If there is a problem she fixes it immediately! She will be the only wholesale we will use. Since the beginning she has made herself available for any questions or concerns. We also had a last minute event to do, on a day they were closed. One of her staff members went above and beyond, even came in on his day off to ensure we got what we needed! He was so courteous! They are great, understanding people! And they are awesome to work with!!!

My experience with Victory has been nothing but great service and good product, if the product is bad or doesn't look good I just call Cara and she will give a credit or completely take it off my invoice unlike others, they never cop an attitude with you about it, no questions just taken care of. I believe they are trying really hard at pleasing customers, there will always be mistakes but believe me they do fix that mistake one way or another. I have been in Victory getting product and they whether its Wayne or Cara say no don't get that, it came in looking bad this week I dont want to sell it you. Overall I will always purchase from Victory, yes sometimes they don't have what I need so I go elewhere. A big thanks to you both for being here.

My wife and I started a Flower business from the ground up , Victory has gone out of thier way to acommondate us more than once. When our cooler went down they helped us storing and delivering our product til' we could get repaired, they have opened for us many times for emergency orders, they do not charge us a surcharge for picking up my product, Victory has just started a business of thier own and have done a terrific job of acommondating thier customers, they have been in the industry for a long time and do know thier product and are reasonably priced. we will continue now that we have 2 flowers shops using them as needed.

Wayne and Cara are terrific business people and so are thier employees. I can't say enought about this business that is good.

I have been dooing business with Victory since the beginning. I think all new business has to learn and do make mistakes but you know what Victory goes that extra step in making what ever problem it is RIGHT with the customer. They by all means have gone above reasonable means to make it right with you. I will continue to use them.

I love Cara at Victory Wholesale! I can call her last minute or even when they are closed and they will ALWAYS open for me. The product is always top notch. If for some reason there is a problem, she will credit me right no questions asked. There are many times I call Cara just to tell her how awesome the product is she has sent me. Since Victory has opened, I have not and will never use Sooner Wholesale again!

You only get one chance to make a first impression and Victory Wholesale did a wonderful job! Both Cara and Wayne take great pride in serving the florists in our area and it shows! It's refreshing to see a company practice great customer service. I can count on Victory to get me top notch product in a timely manner. Keep up the great work Victory- we appreciate you!

This has got to be the worst wholesale florist in the state of Oklahoma. They are not only color blind, they are quality blind as well. You order white flowers for a wedding, and they send you yellow, or red, or whatever they happen to have leftover from the week before.. The quality of the product is deplorable. The personell is off putting. They seem to be extremely inexperienced in the floral business.
