Vapor Hut

I think its great that the vapor hut hasbeen such a sucess. I dont go there much. But I am glad the owners esp missy finially found her Iideal career. E.A.B

My husband and I bought e go vapor ciggs, shortly after mine wouldn't charge. Brought it in and a man helped me find out its trash and gave me a referbished one. Looked just like mine and doesn't charge either. Lord will when I go back in Ill get one that works!

I had high hopes for this place due to some of the reviews. I was sadly disappointed. I wanted to try out a few e-juices because I was told they let you. Well I was allowed to do that but then they started pressuring me to buy a kit that I think was expensive. After I said I'll think I was then ignored. As if I never walked in. The first reviews all talk about "Great" customer service but that must be when place first opened. I have feeling that if you don't have a 50 dollar bill on forehead you won't get very good service. Will not recommend . I give two stars because I did like the juice I tried but will never set foot in there again.

Customer service at the vapor hut Midwest City is very crappie you would think they would treat their customers with some kindness to keep us coming back but they don't to many other places to go that will treat you better even if you have to drive alittle farther it's worth it.

Service is great and the juice is wonderful. I love the service and product I get from them.

I disagree with that other review. I have ordered on line and been in the store. They have always treated me with respect and got my order correct. They know their product and have great e juice. I have worked in retail for several years and can understand how hard it is to make all of your customers happy. Sometimes you just get a customer you just cant please. I believe the other review could be one of those type of people.

I ordered a starter kit from the vapor hut because my father lives in Midwest city and is a loyal customer. 3 days later I was very excited to find my purchase had already been delivered! Much to my dissappointment it was the wrong kit (a cheaper kit) and incorrect flavors and mg. I called the store and although they weren't great cusoner service, they agreed to send me the correct kit if I sent the one I had back... so I get the next kit which is correct however the wrong flavors and mg again! I call again being respectful yet honest that I would keep the kit however they have lost my return business. The owner told me I was being hateful and that they didn't want my business and hung up on me. Good luck small business owner! Beware customers!
