Being more like "On a Delusion," this is a gyno-centric shop staffed by too many annoying and underworked sales girls. The two stars are for their attempt at an upscale experience.

The first one greeted me with an unfitting personality, like that of some little girl at a birthday party who's had too much cake. As I browsed over to their book collection and became focused on one, that girl kept interrupting my thoughts asking me if I was "doing alright," like I was going in for surgery or something. Simultaneously, two other sales girls next to me were futzing with handbags and loudly nattering on about some garbled nonsense in a rather annoying and vapid tone. One of them kept interrupting my thoughts asking if I was "doing okay" about 3 times over the next 20 minutes. Why? Do I appear as if I'm melting? They wouldn't shut up, and the place has an echo, which made it worse. Leave the customers alone after you've greeted them, especially if they are reading books.

Most of the items are over priced, and somewhat ugly, junk made for those who spend too much money on "the latest tacky thing." I imagine their average customer is a leisurely trophy wife or spoilt Nichols Hills brat. They need to rein it in a bit, and diversify their style. Not everyone is named "Alice," and stuck in "Wonderland." This was not a shopping experience like those I've had in London or New York, nor one I care to repeat.

Will never shop there again!!!!!!!!!!!

Being so excited about the new classen curve area being developed I have frequented all the Restraunts and balliet's. I have had an amazing experience with customer service everywhere else. After lunch at upper crust with my grandma I proudly took her into the new on a whim. 10 minutes into shopping she informed me that she needed to use the ladies room being a senior citizen she needs to go promptly. So I sat our merchandise on the counter and politely asked the snooty woman at the register who had been of no help where the restroom was for my grandma. She overly confident said with attitude"we don't have public restrooms" I politely said again "my grandma needs to use the ladies room could you excortt her to it. "she said"like I just said we don't have public restrooms. There for employees only!!" I let her know that if somebody getting ready to purchase hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise you might should have invested in a restroom for you customers like ballets!!! She was a complete bword, complete total intitled bword. So after digging through the hangers of cluttered up cute but proudly overpriced clothes our experience was not worth the inconvience of having to walk outside in the freezing cold to go pee at the Restraunt we just dined at!!! They are going to have to create a much kinder customer service if there planning on staying in business. I told my family and friends about our horrible experience. We will be sticking with ballets , they have the atmosphere, cotter, serve you a cold beverage and have a restroom. On a whim.....,reads some customer service books if you want your business and reputation to thrive in this economy!!!!!
