Four Points Sheraton Quail Springs

Yes this hotel is brand new but that's not saying much. The day we checked in after everything was unpacked we noticed that the door wouldn't latch so anyone walking by could just push it open if we aren't in the room. We told them and they moved us to another room. In the new room the deadbolt didn't work, and the bathroom door broke (it slides side to side and a plastic piece fell off) and then they run the sprinklers every night even when it rained and there was no grass so there was a lot of standing water right outside of our 1st room floor. It was right under the air vent system so there was a lot of mold that affected my allergies. On top of all that I accidentaly left all of my kids shirts in the room. We called as soon as we noticed and the clerk said she had them and she would mail them. Four weeks later, I called today, after my husband has been getting the runaround for weeks, and they told me that they were never found and that they didn't have them and nothing has ever been shipped to us. I asked to talk to the manager several times and he always told me they were busy and couldn't talk to me and that they wouldn't call me back. I am so livid that they can't just admit that they either stole or lost them. There were 16 shirts mostly from the Gap so they were worth a lot of money. My best advice NEVER EVER stay here!!!!
