This store is under new management and I can't begin to say how much of an improvement the selection and customer service has gotten! The staff is knowledgeable and professional. If they don't have the answer, they'll get it for you. They don't have the product you're looking for? They'll do their best to find it. I will definitely be shopping here for my adult novelty needs from now on!

Me and my wife have been going to Christies for years now but I have never been so disgusted by any store in my whole life. When we walking in the large woman on staff was talking about warts and rashes all the while we were shopping. She aggressively chased us around the store and asked us many inappropriate questions about our intimate lives in our old age. This is not the way to run a business, we will be trying out Patricia's in the future. Stay away if you can.
