Holleywood Salon

While I never had complaints with the haircuts and color/highlights done at the salon; I would never recommend the salon to any friend that I intended to keep. The stylists spend more time on their iphones than on your hair. I was constantly asked to reschedule around my stylist's personal life, which I did so willingly but was met with utter rudeness when I dared asked as much....told if I could not bend to the new hours of hairstylist I could go elsewhere, they did not need my business and not to return to the salon.

Back in the summer, went to this salon on the recommendation of a friend. Should have noticed the signs before me that day and not gone there. First of all the young lady, I cant remember her name, was so concerned about her sick pet that she wasn't even sure she could do my hair and was considering rescheduling. Finally, after a few phone calls she called me and asked if I could be there in fifteen minutes or less. Got there and told her what I wanted specifically and had pictures to boot. I left with the opposite of what I asked for. She was on her cell phone constantly. And all she could say was a pathetic "sorry." Still charged me for the disaster! I tell everyone I can, don't go there.
