Grand Pacific Charter

After a breakdown of our weeklong charter bus, they were not able to provide a replacement bus in a timely fashion. THe owner agreed to take partial responsibility and agreed to refund part of the payment. Six months later he has not made a promised refund. I would not use this company ever again or recommend this company to another organization. A complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau, Grand Pacific Charter did not respond to the complaint.
