        needed to share the poor care

        Worst Vet I've seen in awhile

        Went there to source a problem my dog was having ...went from allergies to Cushing's syndrome, to what ever else he wanted to test for. With all the money spent he still missed the problem. Not only that they will not let you hold your own dog to take tests. no animal love there. Will Never go back to him.

        Best Vets in Town for My Animals!

        Dr. Kevin and Dr. Lisa are very compassionate and kind vets. Their love and care for the animals (and owners!) that they treat is mirrored in the excellent quality of their staff. We have two cats which have received nothing but excellent care which includes not only grooming but also veterinary services and boarding. I can't recommend this veterinary clinic highly enough.

        Poor Service, and unexcuseable staff.

        Eh, i dont even know where to begin. After learning that my dog hadnt recieved his medicine while boarding i was to say the least outraged! And it seems as though most of his Tech's have there own agenda. The one whom was in on my apt christine with all the metal in her face, was very short, very rude and i whitnessed her talking down to several of her co-workers. This doesnt seem as though everyone works as a team. The only delightful thing about my experiance at south ocala animal clinic was Torrie the sweet receptionist at the front counter. They should re-evaluate most of there other staff. Maybe it was a bad day, but i wont find out.
