Publix Super Market at Park View Commons

Always have been treated exceptionally well at this Publix..
Thurs Publix had our dogs treats on sale but the mini bones were not on the Shelf. I went to customer service and told them what I needed they paged Charlie manager of that department to come to the front he clarified what treat I needed and went to the back and went through several boxes until he found the correct one brought me the two I needed and then restocked the shelf. I have had nothing but exceptional service at the store anytime I go in there and it is close to my house

I have been to this store several times for different reasons and I have a terrible experience every time I come here. Can't cash my check there. I've taken it there like 4 times to try and get it cashed to no avail. I went to the pharmacy to get a script filled with instructions for them to call the doctor. They absolutely would not call the doctor. The pharmacist was so condescending towards me that I got an anxiety attack and had to leave. I went there today because I was hungry and my wife wanted chicken from publix so I decided to give the deli a try. Nope! Couldn't get my order right! I told the guy what I wanted like 3 times and when I thought he finally got it right I went to the register and they said it was wrong. They wasted my lunch break and didnt get to eat with my wife so I walked out. I will never ever walk into this crappy place again. Nothing ever goes right for me at this place so I give up! I'll drive to 40 East thank you very much! Im so mad!

the two pharmacists at this publix extend extras in customer seervice and education. Linda, for example, has held Informational Classes for diabetics and has kept me informed as to my very many questions regarding drug interactions, over the counter needs, and innunization recommendations.
