I went to a Wedding Reception October 5, 2013. I know this was very costly per plate because it was a sit down dinner that included Filet Mignon. Here's how the dinner hour went; 1st course 7:30 P.M. salad with little to no dressing. 8:15 P.M. 2nd course (as people were getting restless) cold noodles & cheese, 9:00 P.M. People were so restless at this point that if it weren't for the mucic & photo booth for distraction not sure if peole wouldn't have stated ordering out. Main Course barley seared and very raw & bloody Filet Mignon, (at least 75 per cent went in the garbage) chicken that was barely warm & looked steemed, cold scalloped potatoes. Very good green beans! The cake was wonderful but there were no coffee cups on the table and coffee lovers had to wait for the station to be set up. The hall was Beautiful! Would I ever book a wedding here? No! The food and service is the most important and Management really needs to re-evaluate! Whoever paid this bill should be compensated!
