SealTek & Sealmaxx Plus of Greater St. Louis

After having Seal Maxx installed on my deck it was splintered and you have to wear shoes, they came out and sanded it but no help. Now the wood is rotting and the deck looks bad. They say if I replace the rotten wood they will reseal it, but that's a waste of time as the sealer doesn't work! I had this done when the deck was brand new and have never been happy with it, or their service.
