When I'm in Baltimore I had a problem with my laptop, I'm so worried with my files thanks to my friend he brought me with these guys. they were cool, fix my computer and recovered my files.

Used them to move my stuff from my pc to my new Mac. They did a great job, super quick, cheaper than having Apple do it, plus I didn't have to deal with the headache of going into the Apple store, or much less even trying to call the store.

Bypass the Apple Store lines; disavow yourself of the ridiculously rambunctious underagers, and go here! Where you will be met by competent people who can address your Mac's needs without upselling or pretense. Yes, they know what they're doing; yes, they're totally nice while doing it.

My laptop got a virus last week and I used yelp to track down a computer repair company in Arlington. I considered Geek Squad but wanted to keep it local. I'm glad that I did. The turnaround time was great. I got an estimate on Monday, dropped off the computer on Tuesday afternoon, and got the computer back on Friday. On top of that, I asked Matt if he could keep it under a certain $ figure and he did. So if you're looking for a fast, reliable, and locally-owned computer service company; check them out!

I recently got my computer repaired here. Very fast service, reasonable price, and the staff are friendly and honest. I'm glad I finally found a computer repair shop I can trust!!

Recommendation: Use them. Based on my limited experienced, quite simply the go-to place for Mac repairs in the baltimore area.

My laptop fan didn't run properly. Sometimes not moving at all. Not good. After several hours it was back and running as it was new. I don't know what they did, but they did it. They were also very friendly and throwing at me bunch of tips and hints. I was very happy because I learned something at the same time. I'm very happy with this place. Thank you!

Took in my Mac to have them check to see why it was overheating. They did a thorough cleaning which seemed to help a great deal. I can't really overemphasize how polite and professional these people were. While I hope I don't have to return soon for another repair, I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs repair work done on their computer. I should also note that the prices seemed to be very reasonable and they got my computer back to me within 24 hours.

I love these guys. They are extremely honest, stand behind their work and always deliver as promised. They are helpful, courteous and take the time to explain things to you so you know what's going on. I've used them several times and they have always been great.

The work performed was excellent, We were in the middle of tax season and our systems went down. We called and the Manager Matt came out and had our system up and running the same Day so that we never had to miss a beat. Thank you Again !
