Catalyst Hypnosis Ctr

I can't recommend Catalyst Hypnosis Center enough! Kerrilee is great and so compassionate. She had me feeling comfortable and relaxed in no time, which is no easy feat. She took her time and explained everything to me before I even went in to see her. Once I was actually in her office, she took even more time to rid me of any misgivings I had. Looking back now though, I realize how silly that was and that I was crazy for not having gone even sooner. Let me start by saying how great the hypnosis in itself is, regardless of the results (which by the way are fabulous). I was so relaxed after each session, it was better than having a massage! But better than that is the weight I've lost. And it's not just the weight either (15 pounds so far!), it's how good I feel. I don't feel like anything has "changed", but it has. I look at food completely differently now. I still enjoy eating, but I don't feel the need to overindulge anymore.
