Exceptional customer-oriented repair shop. Ken is a genuine upstanding kind of guy and his service, not to mention skill and speed, is exactly what you'd hope for. I always have to cross my fingers when in need of repairs on something about which I am completely ignorant. This guy made me feel taken care of in that aspect. Alpha Electronics was the only place I found that could repare my Phillips cdr 785. I am thouroughly pleased with the service and customer sevice repour. I would gladly reccomend this shop to anyone.

Great shop to get your equipment checked and repaired.I've been here twice once for my dj amp and for my mixer,Kim is awesome great customer service and prices are right on. My equipment works better than brand new.check them out would highly recommend.

personally recommend. he was on time and very reasonable in price. he had our set fixed within an hour. it was also Thanksgiving week-end. we felt very lucky to have found someone that would answer their phones on this week-end, much less work. Duke will be our man to go to from now on for TV repairs. Have already sung his praises to my family and friends.

I would not go any where else with my sony MD walkman or recording unit. Very good work!
